Ryan Seacrest is a personality and tv producer who has made the recent decision to relocate from sunny Los Angeles to the Big Apple. The change comes from his role on the new joint show he has with Kelly Ripa called “Ryan and Kelly” where the two discuss different entertainment topics and various other fun segments. Seacrest does say that the change is taking a bit of time to get used to. He’s not particularly accustomed to New York weather, yet. It’s the first time he’s had to add checking the forecast to his morning routine, which usually simply includes his ritual shower and shave, and a tea followed by a coffee. Though he may be adjusting to the cold weather, his colleagues have to adjust to his strict fitness schedule. TV host Seacrest says that he works out as often as he can because the physical aspects of his jobs have grown over the years. He believes there has to be balance in the way he schedules working out around his work life. The personality has a trainer and a boxing coach that help him to stay in tip top shape and he also enjoys a good run in the park.
As far as business goes, Ryan Seacrest, fashion line creator, feels that reassurance and following through on the commitments you make to others is the greatest strategy one can acquire. By reassuring the people around him that he will do his part in whatever area he is in has made is job that much more peaceful. He also believes that good work comes from lack of distractions. Admitting openly that he himself struggles with attention deficit disorder and has a hard time focusing on the task at hand. He said he sometimes locks his phone in a safe to remain part of the world. Finally American Idol host Seacrest took advice from his previous boss Dick Clark who told him to make the job look easy. And he does that well every single day.
